FlexReports 1.15

FlexReports is a simple and lightweight online time tracking application targeting small companies. Its intuitive interface features the basics needed for organization time tracking: management of daily reports, users, and work types; setting workdays and holidays; generation of summary reports. FlexReports can be set to be accessible from everywhere on the Internet or just from your local network.

With FlexReports you can:

• Get reports for the time and people involved in different projects and tasks.
• Get information about the work done for specified period of time by a variety of criteria.
• Easier plan your future tasks and human resources by evaluating the past period reports.

User Features

Daily reports entering: Enter up to five entries per day, specify time by the minute. Browse your past reports using the calendar controls.
	Password changing: Change your own password.

Management Features

Management of user accounts: Create and delete users, edit their profiles and ban them from using FlexReports.
	Management of Tasks: Create, edit and delete tasks. Tasks map to the specific projects or work done for your customers.
Management of Activities: Create, edit and delete activities. Activities map to the specific routines done by the employee while working on the tasks.
	Summary of Reports: See how many hours were spent on certain tasks, certain activities, or by certain users. Just set the starting and ending dates, and select the items you want to see reports for.
Setting custom holidays and workdays: not all companies strictly work Monday-Friday and observe all official holidays. FlexReports lets you set your own holidays and workdays and safeguards the holdiays so you don't accidentally enter reports on those days.

FlexReports Server:

• Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003 with the latest service packs and critical updates installed
• .NET Framework 1.1 (for Windows 2000/XP); .NET Service Pack 1
• IIS 5.0+
• MS SQL Server 2000 or newer with the latest service packs installed

FlexReports Client:

• Any operating system with HTML 4.0 compliant browser (preferably Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) with CSS support, JavaScript enabled, cookies enabled, and popup windows allowed.
